Straighteners

We design and produce coil straighteners for different type of applications. The straightener machines are used to straighten the coil material in order to produce different profiles. During the decoiling or uncoiling process the coil materal is not flat.

Therefore, it is not possible to feed it to the press or other equipment. For this reason, the production lines need straightener machine to make it flat before feeding it. The straightener machine can be separate and make only the straightening process. Alternatively, it can be together with the servo feeder machine. So, this type of straightener servo feeder machine is making both operations; straightening and feeding processes.

For materials with naximum 300 mm width, we provide mini straightening machines. Mostly, we fix the mini straightener servo feeders on the press body. Our straightener machines can work with different type of material such as black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel and light steel.

The thickness of the material can be up to 6 mm. The width of the coil material can be different, starting from 20 mm up to 1600 mm.

Straightener Types

With regard to the feeding capabilities, there are 2 main types of straightener machines:

  1. Straightener machines
  2. Straightener and Servo Feeder machines

With regard to the material sizes, we can again put the straightening machines into 2 categories:

  1. Cased standard straightener machines
  2. Mini straightening machines

Straightener Rollers

Rollers are driven by reducer and all of them are dependent each other. The diameter of the rollers are depending on the material thickness. For standard thicknesses, the usual roller diameters are 85 mm up to 110 mm.

Coil Sizes

Coil thickness can be as less as 0,2 mm up to 6 mm maximum. For aluminum and light steel material, higher thicknesses are also possible.

Coil width starts from 20 mm and goes up to 1600 mm.

All electrical and electronic components of our straightening machines are product of Schneider Electric. The foolowing software features are standard specifications of all our machines:

  • 250 units of memory
  • Capability to program 30 different sliding length
  • 3 standard outlet points
  • 7 additional external outlet points
  • 7” color touch screen display
