Metal Ceiling Tile Production Line
We design and produce complete metal ceiling tile production line, to produce suspended ceiling tiles. Our ceiling tile production lines are capable to produce the clip-in ceiling tiles and lay-in ceiling tiles with different sizes. More popular ceiling tile sizes are 30×30 cm, 60×60 cm and 80×80 cm. The line starts directly from the coil material and the end product is ready to use suspended ceiling tiles.
The line is suitable for aluminum ceiling tiles, galvanized ceiling tiles and stainless steel ceiling tiles.
Ceiling Tile Production Line is consisting of the following equipment:
- Coil Decoiler or Uncoiler machine
- Coil Loading Device
- Straightening Machine
- Servo Feeder
- Eccentric Press
- Punching Tools (Die Set)
- Hydraulic Presses
- End Cutting and Curling Die Set.
Suspended ceiling tile production line can work with different coil weights starting from 1,5 ton up to 6 tons. The ceiling tile thickness is usually between 0,5-0,7 mm. The line is suitable for the production of ceiling tiles in all dimensions.
Ceiling Tile Sizes
Our metal ceiling tile production lines are suitable to produce the ceiling tlies with 0,5 to 1,0 mm thickness. The sizes of the ceiling tiles can be between 300×300 mm and 1200×1200 mm. The same line can produce clip-in ceiling tlies and lay-in ceiling tiles.
Adjustment of the Line
Our metal ceiling tile manufacturing line is adjustable to produce the suspended ceiling tiles with various sizes. Usually the companies produce the ceiling tiles with sizes of 30×30 cm, 60×60 cm, 90×90 xm, 30×60 xm and 60×120 cm. One line can produce all these sizes with appropriate die set. For different width, separate coil material is needed. For different lengths, an adjustment on control unit is enough.
Control of the Line
We use a special Schneider Software to control the line completely. The operator gives the commands from the operator panel to start the operation. Is is enough to input the coil features and the sizes. The line becomes ready to start the process with the given specifications. All process is automatic and no any human intervention is needed.
