Mechanical Decoilers
We design and produce decoilers with manual (mechanical) expanding system. It is popular to call these machines mechanical decoilers. Mechanical Decoiler machine ranges start from 500 kg weight and go up to 2500 kg. The thickness of coil material can be between 0,5 – 4,0 mm.
After loading the coil onto the decoiler machine, decoiler is expanding the mandrel in order to fix the coil. Decoilers with bigger coil sizes are fixing the coil with hydraulic expanding system. We call them hydraulic decoilers. However, uncoilers with smaller coil weights have manual or mechanical expansion system.
Our Mechanical Decoilers
Our standard mechanical uncoiler models are: 500 kg decoilers, 750 kg decoilers, 1500 kg decoiler and 2500 kg decoilers. Alternatively we can provide custom design mechanical uncoilers, according to customer requirements.
500 kg Mechanical Decoiler
500 kg Mechanical Decoiler is appropriate for the coil with the width of 30-300 mm. Coil outer diameter is maximum 1600 mm and coil inner diameter is 300-550 mm.
We can supply motorized and non motorized 500 kg Decoilers. Hold down arm is optional, which helps to keep the coil tight. Furthermore, coil hold down arms can have motorized end wheels. Additionally, 500 kg Mechanical Uncoilers can include the brake system. The automatic back-tension system is also the optional feature of the decoilers.
750 kg Mechanical Decoiler
750 kg Mechanical Decoiler is appropriate for the coil with the width of 30-300 mm. Coil outer diameter is maximum 1600 mm and coil inner diameter is 350-550 mm.
We can supply motorized and non motorized 750 kg Decoilers. Hold down arm is optional, which helps to keep the coil tight. Furthermore, coil hold down arms can have motorized end wheels. Additionally, 750 kg Mechanical Uncoilers can include the brake system. The automatic back-tension system is also the optional feature of the decoilers.
1500 kg Mechanical Decoiler
1500 kg Mechanical Decoiler is appropriate for the coil with the width of 30-400 mm. Coil outer diameter is maximum 1600 mm and coil inner diameter is 400-550 mm.
We can supply motorized and non motorized 1500 kg Decoilers. Hold down arm is optional, which helps to keep the coil tight. Coil hold down arms can be with motorized end wheels. 1500 kg Mechanical Decoilers can include the brake system. The automatic back-tension system is also the optional feature of the decoilers.
2500 kg Mechanical Decoiler
2500 kg Mechanical Decoiler is appropriate for the coil with the width of 30-500 mm. Coil outer diameter is maximum 1600 mm and coil inner diameter is 450-550 mm.
We can supply motorized and non motorized 2500 kg Decoilers. Hold down arm is optional, which helps to keep the coil tight. Coil hold down arms can be with motorized end wheels. 2500 kg Mechanical Decoilers can include brake system. The automatic back-tension system is also the optional feature of the decoilers.
