Servo Feeders

We design and produce servo feeders for different type of applications. Servo feeding machines are used to feed the coil material to the next machines such as the presses. During the decoiling or uncoiling process, after the straightening process, we need servo feeders. We use them to feed the straightened sheet metal for the further processes.

Our servo feeders can work with different type of material such as black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel and light steel. The thickness of the material can be up to 6 mm. The width of the coil material can be different, starting from 20 mm up to 1600 mm.

The servo feeder machine can be separate and make only the feeding process. Alternatively, it can be together with the straightening machine. This type of straightener servo feeder machine is making both operations; straightening and feeding processes. Meanwhile,

for materials with maximum 300 mm width, we provide mini servo feeder machines. Usually, we fix the mini straightener servo feeders on the press body.

Servo Feeder Types

With regard to the straightening capabilities, there are 2 main types of servo feeders:

  1. Servo Feeder machines
  2. Straightener and Servo Feeder machines

On the other hand, we can again put the servo feeding machines into 2 categories, considering the material size:

  1. Cased standard servo feeding machines
  2. Mini servo feeder machines

Feeding Rollers

Material of the feeding rollers is 4140 Quality. All rolllers get special treatment to achieve 58-60 Rockwell Hardness.

Rollers are driven by reducer and gear system. The diameter of the rollers are depending on the material thickness. For standard thicknesses, the usual roller diameters are 85 mm up to 110 mm.

Coil Sizes

Coil thickness can be as less as 0,2 mm up to 6 mm maximum. For aluminum and light steel material, higher thicknesses are also possible.

Similarly, the width of the coil starts from 20 mm and goes up to 1600 mm.

Control Unit

All electrical and electronic components of our servo feeder machines are product of Schneider Electric. The following software features are standard specifications of all our machines:

  • 250 units of memory
  • Capability to program 30 different sliding length
  • 3 standard outlet points
  • 7 additional external outlet points
  • 7” color touch screen display
