Roll Forming Lines

We design and produce complete rollforming line, according to the requirement of our customers. Rollforming Lines are used to produce different profiles from the coils directly. In the same vein, it is also possible to punch the profile and cut it at any length.

Consequently, rollforming Line can work with different coil weights starting from 4 ton up to 20 tons. However, the material thickness can be maximum 6 mm. Meanwhile, the width of the coil can be between 300 mm and 1600 mm.

Roll Forming line is consisting of the following equipment:

  • Coil Decoiler or Uncoiler machine
  • Coil Loading Device
  • Straightening Machine
  • Servo Feeder
  • Hydraulic or Eccentric Press (if the punching is needed)
  • Punching Die Set
  • Rollforming Machine
  • Flying Shear (optional)
  • Stacking Unit.

Roll Forming Process

Roll Forming process starts with the loading of the new coil onto the decoiler machine. Firstly, coil loading device loads the coil onto the Decoiler machine. Further, the Decoiler starts the uncoiling of the coil. At the next stage, straightener servo feder machine straightens the material and feeds it to the mechnaical or hydraulic press for the punching operation. The required length can be cut at the same press. Alternative is the usage of a flying shear at the end of the line, to cut the profile. The next stage is rollforming unit to make the required profile. The rollers of rollforming machine are adjustable for different profile shapes. The last operation is the stacking unit, which stacks the profiles in an order. Alternatively, the line can transfer the profiles to the conveyor directly.

Cable Tray Production Line

Cable Tray Production Line is capable to produce all types of cable trays. The cable trays are used for the carrying of the energy cables and the communication cables.

Road Barrier Production Line

Road Barrier Production Line is capable to produce all types of road barriers and guardrails. The road barriers or guard rails (sometimes called Armco barriers) are used to keep vehicles within their own way. Furthermore, they protect the vehicles from crashing with other obstacles or falling into the cliff or gaps.

Scaffolding Production Line

Scaffolding Production Line is capable to produce all types of scaffoldings. Workmen use scaffolding as a temporary structure on the outside of the building during the construction.

Metal Roofing Tile Production Line

Metal Roofing Tile Production Line is capable to produce all types of roofing tiles. In fact, the usage of the metal roofing tiles is common everywhere. Certainly, it protect the houses mainly from the cold, sun and rains.

Our road barrier production lines can produce the following traffic barrier types:

  • Roadside Barriers
  • Median Barriers
  • Bridge Barrier
  • Work Zone Barriers

The line is capable to produce the road barriers with width of 100 – 900 mm. Proportionally, the thickness of the road barriers can be between 1.0 – 6.0 mm.

Our scaffolding production lines can produce the following scaffolding types:

  • Tube and Coupler (fitting) components
  • Prefabricated modular system scaffold components
  • H-frame / facade modular system scaffolds

The line is capable to produce the scaffoldings with width of 100 – 400 mm and with the thickness of 0.6 – 3.0 mm.

Our roofing tile production lines can produce the following roofing tile types:

  • Galvalume Steel Roof Tiles.
  • Galvanized Steel Roof Tiles.
  • Copper Roof Tiles.
  • Other Exotic Materials.

The line is capable to produce the metal roofing tiles with width of 100 – 1200 mm and with the thickness of 0.6 – 2.0 mm.
