We design and produce hydraulic decoilers, e.g. decoilers with hydraulic expanding system. There are different models of hydraulic decoiler machines to carry 6 ton to 20 ton coil. The thickness of coil material can be between 0,5 – 6,0 mm. After loading the coil onto the decoiler machine, decoiler is expanding the mandrel in order to fix the coil. Mechanical Decoilers have manual or mechanical expansion system. Therefore, these type of uncoilers are proper for the smaller coil weights. On the other hand, hydraulic uncoilers are fixing the coil with hydraulic expanding system. We use Bosch Rexroth brand as a supplier of hydraulic equipment.
