We design and produce decoilers with manual (mechanical) expanding system. It is popular to call these machines mechanical decoilers. Mechanical Decoiler machine ranges start from 500 kg weight and go up to 2500 kg. The thickness of coil material can be between 0,5 – 4,0 mm. After loading the coil onto the decoiler machine, decoiler is expanding the mandrel in order to fix the coil. Decoilers with bigger coil sizes are fixing the coil with hydraulic expanding system. We call them hydraulic decoilers. However, uncoilers with smaller coil weights have manual or mechanical expansion system.
